DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes! You can find us elevating events around Knoxville and surrounding areas in our party van. We travel within an hour radius from 37932. We are willing to travel for event outside the hour radius. However, events over 45 minutes must meet an event minimum prior to tax/delivery and will have an increased delivery fee.

If you see us out and about around town be sure to honk, snap a pic, and tag us on social media. You never know when we will surprise someone who has spotted & tagged us with a treat or balloons. :)

HOW DO I BOOK?

Complete our Inquiry Form. If you are interested in grab and go balloon decor only please fill out our grab and go inquiry form. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Inquiries received over the weekend may have a delayed response time, due to the fact that is our busiest time. If you have not seen a response from us within 48 hours of your inquiry please check your spam/junk folder. Unfortunately, our messages sometimes end up there!

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?

Our custom creation planning and color matching to your event takes time; so the sooner you can book, the better! We strongly suggest inquiring and booking 6-8 weeks in advance for event planning services. For balloon decor and rentals it is recommended to book at least two weeks in advance. If your event is sooner than the suggested inquiry times please still reach out. We will do our best to accommodate you and your event.

HOW DO I HANG MY GRAB AND GO GARLAND?

Each grab and go garland includes an install kit with command hooks and balloon bracelets. We will provide you with instructions and are available via call/text/FaceTime in the event you need extra extra assistance! You can also find instruction on our website under the Grab & Go Balloon tab.

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?

We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some balloons may deflate sooner than anticipated.

Latex Balloon installations can last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions the balloons are kept it. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of the balloons.

Helium and Mylar Balloons are very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. However, we are not responsible or liable for any popped/damaged balloons once they have been picked up, delivered, and/or installed.

Direct sunlight is never advised for outdoor balloon installs.

DO YOU COME BACK AND TAKE DOWN THE BALLOONS?

Once the event has ended, if you have only balloons and no rentals from us we do not come back to break down. However, if you have booked rentals along with balloons, we will return to break down. We will remove the balloons from the rental(s) and it will be the responsibility of the client to take them home or dispose of them. If you are interested in us coming back to pop the balloons, this can be arranged. There is a 10% strike fee for this service. Please mention that you’d like “tear down services” when you inquire.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. If your event has to be rescheduled we will do our best to work with you to reschedule it. Please note that all decor and rentals will have to be the SAME for the rescheduled date. Change in location may affect your delivery fee.

If you have booked a bounce house and it is cancelled by The Party Elevators due to severe weather (ice, snow, heavy rain, high winds, etc…) you will be allowed to reschedule your rental for a future date within one calendar year.

DISCLAIMER

The Party Elevators can’t guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your latex or helium balloons. Once picked up, delivered, and/or installed, The Party Elevators is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE are responsible for the popping of your balloon, please know that we will replace it at no charge or provide you a refund if we're unable to provide you with a replacement in time.
